yearly blog update
Since my last post….
We thawed the embryos last January. Out of 22 eggs, only one made it to be an embryo we could implant.
We prayed for a miracle, because if you don’t have at least two to implant mama’s hormones don’t do the job as well, and odds of success go way down.
A miracle happened. A Beautiful Couple donated their frozen embryo to our cause, because they only had one frozen and that’s typically not enough. They let their own baby go so we could have a chance. What a humbling gift.
The two embryos were implanted in February, and little Ken made it through to the finish. He’ll be a year old this October.
Two months after the Beautiful Couple donated their only frozen embryo to us to help our baby happen, she got pregnant naturally (against all odds), and their baby girl, the one they always wanted, is due this week.
If you’re struggling with whether or not there is an all-powerful Creator who can turn LOVE into LIFE, just keep reading the last five bullets until the facts of this case make it into your heart. God is good. End of story.
Celebrating by putting the baby album up to hear. Go to this link to listen to some very relaxing stuff:

PS: Did I mention that suddenly, out of the blue, I’m the interim music director at church?
Talk about redemption on display, and grace on parade. Wow.
