Unlocking Potential Through Piano: Now Accepting Students
As a lifelong pianist, I’ve had the privilege of performing on some of the world’s greatest stages as a musician and musical director. The piano has been my companion through triumphs and challenges, a source of deep personal fulfillment—and a doorway to much more. Today, I’m excited to open that door for others.
For the first time, I’m offering private piano instruction.
You may know me from my performance work, but teaching is a new chapter—one I approach with both humility and a deep sense of purpose. I believe, as passionately as I play, that music education can change lives. Not simply by cultivating artistic skill, but by strengthening the very cognitive and emotional foundations that lead to success in every field.
Why I'm Teaching Now
Music, especially the piano, develops discipline, patience, precision, and expressive clarity. But more than that, it sharpens the mind. I’ve spent a lifetime thinking about how intelligence grows, and am a member of Mensa and the Triple Nine Society (99.9 percentile intelligence). We now have empirical data (using FMRI) showing huge increases in true learning when we challenge the brain in ways that engage the whole self—emotionally, intellectually, and creatively.
Piano does that. It’s one of the most powerful tools I know for building mental agility, confidence, and a sense of identity.
What You Can Expect
As a teacher, I bring not just technical mastery, but a commitment to meeting students where they are—whether beginner or advanced. I’ll work with each student to uncover their unique style of learning and help them connect deeply with the music they play.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter curriculum. Lessons will be tailored, challenging, and yes—fun. My goal is not only to develop capable pianists, but to help students discover how music can shape their thinking, habits, and ambition.
Ready to Begin?
If you or your child is ready to begin a piano journey—or to take an existing practice to the next level—I’d love to speak with you. Whether your goals are artistic, academic, or professional, I believe that what we do at the keyboard can reverberate through every part of life.
